This course will take place 4 Wednesday evenings 5:45-7:15pm on January 8, 15, 22, 29 at my home studio in Denver (near Water World).
This class is suitable for all levels, including beginners (best to attend at least a couple vinyasa classes somewhere first). The pace of the vinyasa section will be slow enough to savor the details, and restoratives, meditation and basic pranayama will be included in each session with an emphasis on what we can all do to enhance our ability to shape our bodies, brains and nervous systems to combat stress and trauma encountered in daily life. Each session will build on the others and focus on a different family of poses, so no drop-ins please.
