This awesome workshop will take place Saturday, January 18, 2020 from 10:30am-5:30pm at my home studio in Denver. (90-min lunch break). This workshop is suitable for newer and more seasoned vinyasa practitioners alike. Please prepare by practicing regularly 😉 10 spots available!
We will spend some time talking about relevant anatomy of the gross and subtle body in order to understand how various breathing patterns and movements can be optimized to enhance the flow of energy and emotions for a healthy and enjoyable practice.
You will learn several exercises in addition to the Ashtanga Vinyasa asana system that will help you to feel into a stronger, more open and easeful practice that is truly a union of pairs of opposites.
When invited to do so, Mula Bandha and her associates can set us up for profound insight and feeling that we would never be able to accomplish on our own through an intellectualized theoretical approach.
