The first set of photos was shot by my dad in 2010 on my way back from India near my parents’ home in western PA. The rest are from my new home in Boulder, CO or my travels to study with Richard Freeman. We see some of my second 200-hour teacher training with Richard in 2011, some light-hearted photos on Yoga Workshop’s “Yoga Ruins Your Life” theme, some footage of me assisting Richard’s training in 2012, my trip to study with Richard at Samahita Retreat in Koh Samui, Thailand, an advanced intensive with Richard, Mary and Roshi Joan Halifax in 2013 at Upaya Zen Center in Santa Fe, NM, my second and third retreats with Richard and Robert Thurman at Menla Mountain Center in upstate NY, and finally an asana demo and Mysore classes at Yoga Workshop.
