Private Lessons

Private lessons are by far my favorite way to teach yoga!  Personal dialogues and connections with my teachers have been some of the most profound and life-changing moments in my life, and there is no substitute for what can emerge when the tensions and distractions of a group setting are removed and sustained attention and presence can be allowed to unfurl and rest wherever they are most needed.

Choose to use your session to explore any number of specific themes or to be guided through a sequence based on what you hope to gain from your practice.  If you live far away or are unable to meet face-to-face, Skype lessons are a powerful alternative.  Some possibilities include:
