Private sessions are the perfect way to begin or deepen a yoga/mindfulness practice or therapy in a setting that you find comfortable. Mindfulness instruction might include any of the following: asana (tailored specifically to your current circumstances, including anything from restoratives to intricacies of 4th series Ashtanga Vinyasa), pranayama (breathing exercises), various meditation modalities, Sanskrit chanting, kriyas (cleansing techniques), and relevant Hindu, Buddhist and western philosophical underpinnings of the practices. We can work together to determine what will be most beneficial and inspiring for you.
